At Kawa Club, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we accept returns and exchanges on eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Log in to your account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the products are in unused condition.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from our portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand over your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking number until your refund or exchange is processed.
